I got in to Rockabilly when it was new and fresh - we greased are hair back then the same way today. We listen to Rockabilly , Doo Wop, Blues, Rhythm & Blues, and Honky Tonk. There is no F'n difference here. Who are you anyway? I've never seen you around, nor have I ever heard of you, and we live in the same approximate area.

I used to be into all this then my friends and brother who were "gangsters" made fun of greasers and they even punked this dude so bad he stopped being a greaser. It was seen as stupid and i admit i was embarrassed. But as i grew older it was on and off for me. Then i met a girl who was a rockabilly and i got back into it harder. Then i stopped again we divorced i tried different looks and life styles but non felt right. Recently i got back into the music and culture and I admit I'm no pro and have no greaser or rockabilly or wtv friends but would love to learn more about this culture and music. I evem started doing my pompodour again. Jeans, j3an jacket, leather jackets and plain black ts. Any advice is greatly appreciated

The platforms I just mentioned are way better for content creators because they don't censor or mess with stupid algorithms to keep certain channels hidden. Greasers wore black pointed toe shoes with steel taps, either wife beater, v-neck, regular white t-shirts, a black wallet witha chain, a comb, keys with dice, a switch blade, black pants (cuffed jeans were early 50's). Shirts were always cuffed. A tattoo, a letterman jacket, and a necklace were ok, but not an ear ring.
